This session combines energy cleansing , breathwork, guided meditation, sound healing, Shamanic techniques, psychic messaging and more.
During this session I will guide you in clearing energy blocks, balancing your energy centers, discovering intergenerational traumas, and unveiling your unique wisdom and life path by tapping into your Highest Self.
You will be in a relaxed state while receiving pure, loving, healing energy from Source through me. I am intuitively led to areas in your mind, body + Spirit that need energy medicine.

At the end of your session we will discuss your experience and any messages that may have come up for you. After our session, I will send you an email with the messages.

Shamanic Journey

Shamanic Journeying sessions are for returning clients seeking a deeper connection to their Spirit guides and intuitive abilities. I will guide you with my drum to a deep relaxed state along with guided visualizations and breath work.I will then guide you to interact with your guides within your subconscious. Through my verbal guidance you will interact with and receive messages from these guides, while deepening your intuitive receptivity + trust.
Ancestral Healing Session

We all carry the wounds + wisdom of the Ancestors before us. These wounds show up in negative, harmful life patterns, limited beliefs and physical /mental health issues. This session is for returning clients seeking to better understand and thereby bring healing to their Ancestral wounds + wisdom. You may feel called to this session if you feel you have a deep soul purpose but are not sure what it is. Survival mechanisms past down from our Ancestors can keep us from accessing the trust to tap into our highest calling.
I will guide you with my drum to a deep relaxed state along with guided visualizations and breath work.I will then guide you to interact with Ancestral guides within your subconscious. Through my verbal guidance you will interact with and receive guidance from Ancestral guides, leading you to a deeper healing + understanding of your lineage.
Private In-Person Water Healing Session

This session is for you if you feel “stuck”, and are ready for inspiration, cleansing, clarity + support in a rebirth chapter of your life. During this session I guide you in a water rebirth technique channeled + gifted to me by my Polish Roma Ancestors. During the session, I am holding you in the water(you will have flotation devices and goggles for comfort) and helping you connect to deep wisdom, healing and cleansing the water provides. I combine Shamanic energy healing, talk therapy + movement to bring you into a state of deep relaxation, flow and balance while collaborating with the beautiful essence of Water.
After your experience in the water, we talk about what came up for you + create an integration plan.
