Each phase builds upon the last to take clients through subconscious blocks, establishing self-trust and clarity that gently guides them toward empowered decisions that will help them reach their fullest potential.

3 Days of Focused Training

We’ll meet in-person for three days to establish the core tenants of the method, culminating in a celebration ceremony before sending you forward into three months of practicum work alongside April and your cohort.

  • On our first day together, we’ll experience the entire Intuitive Empowerment Method together to connect deeply with your WHY and discover your inner healer. It’s critical to engage with self-healing before helping others, and we’ll emphasize the importance of clearing our own blocks and releasing regularly in order to remain aligned with your core mission. Your own transformation will become the essence of your signature offerings. 

  • The second day is all about learning how to facilitate the Intuitive Empowerment Method, leading clients through each phase in an ethical & trauma-informed environment. Holding the boundaries of a sacred space is the responsibility of every healer, and we’ll discuss the importance of coaching without projecting or rescuing our clients — a core tenant to avoid future codependency and burnout. 

  • Our final day is focused on Business Mastery, including sustainable business growth concepts we’ll expand on in the next three months. This is the time to begin making the Intuitive Empowerment Method your own, creating your signature offer through the concepts we’ve learned together to establish a thriving personal practice combining the IEM framework with your unique offerings such as courses, memberships, and retreats.

3 Months of Practice

In each of our 13 weekly calls that follow the in-person training, we’ll check-in to see how you’re integrating the work and reflect on your on-going practice. Voxer support will be provided for the full three months to process the teachings together between calls.

    You’re ushering in a new way of healing and deserve to be genuinely held in the process. In our small, intimate container, you’ll receive support, feedback, and guidance as you build your business and practice the method with clients of your own, combining the intuitive empowerment method with your unique passions and gifts.

The common thread is an interest in going deeper, beyond the patriarchal, deficient structures in traditional helping professions. Trust the calling — there is more.     This work focuses on grounding techniques, nervous system regulation, and emotional processing to cultivate your own resilience as a practitioner. This transformation is not just for your clients! It belongs to you as well, uncovering new depths as you step into your role, so you can serve from a resourced place.

  • HEART-LED LEADERSHIP

    Your ability to hold space for your clients relies on sustainably embodying these practices yourself. As healers, we need to meet our own shadows and energetic needs in order to serve the collective. This self-awareness gives us the ability to practice with integrity as a walking example of self-trust and safety.

Certification Requirements

To graduate the Intuitive Empowerment Coaching Program, you’ll need to: 

✦ Complete all modules and attend all training days


✦ Pass a written assessment & practical demonstration

✦ Maintain ethical, trauma-informed coaching standards


✦ Attend all sessions in the 3 month mastermind group.

At the end of the program, you’ll be certified as an Intuitive Empowerment Method Coach and will have the option to join an ongoing 1:1 mentorship or mastermind for continued support.

    No prior experience is required, but a willingness to engage deeply in your own personal growth journey is essential.

  • Upon successful completion, you will be a Certified Intuitive Empowerment Method Practitioner. You will be equipped to guide others through the three-phase IEM process in private sessions, group settings, retreats, or integrated into your current offerings. You will also gain foundational skills in trauma-informed care, energy hygiene, soul retrieval techniques, intuitive development, and empowerment coaching.

  • At this time, the Intuitive Empowerment Method Practitioner Training is not yet accredited for continuing education credits (CEUs).

    We are actively in the process of applying for accreditation through reputable holistic and coaching organizations. Our intention is to provide future graduates with the opportunity to earn recognized CEUs once approval is complete.

    Graduates who complete the training before formal CEU accreditation will still be fully certified as IEM Practitioners.

  • You are required to show up for the full 3 day experience in person and 2 hours per week for our calls for the following three months.  You’re asked to practice your skills with your clients and accountability partners weekly ranging from 1-3 hours per week depending on modules and your specific goals. Your time commitment may vary depending on your previous experience with intuitive work or holistic healing.

  • Absolutely. In fact, we encourage students to view this training as a personal healing journey as well as a professional development experience. The more you embody the method personally, the more powerfully you can guide others. However, if you’re called to focus on yourself solely first, we recommend joining the IEM group healing experience first. 

  • No prior intuitive experience is required. This program is designed to help you develop and deepen your intuitive abilities through safe, grounded, and practical methods. Many students discover profound intuitive growth throughout the training.

  • Due to the digital nature of the program and the immediate access to course materials, all sales are final. However, we are devoted to your satisfaction and growth, and we offer additional support options if you encounter challenges during the training.

  • Yes. A limited number of partial scholarships are reserved for BIPOC practitioners as part of our commitment to equity, accessibility, and honoring diverse voices in healing spaces. These scholarships are available on a first-come, first-reviewed basis for each cohort.
